Succulents are so easy to maintain and can be grown indoors and outdoors, depending on the variety.  There are so many different types of succulents, we thought we should highlight some of the succulents that are easy to care for, especially for beginners.

Different Types of Succulents for Beginners

Aloe

Widely known for its medical properties, aloe vera is quite a common succulent, and there are a bunch of different varieties.  All species need bright natural light.  Ideally not direct sunlight, especially through windows in your home.  Aloe can grow in soil and also just in a base of water. Depending on what you are looking for, it is a great succulent for inside or outside your home.
