OUR GAUTENG YARD AND DELIVERY AREAS

Stanler Farms is a third-generation, family-run business, established in 1975, that has produced growing media from recycled mushroom compost since 1985. We operate in both the Western Cape and Gauteng, and our Gauteng yard, our Midrand branch, is on Summit Road in Knoppieslaagte, Centurion.

From the yard we supply compost, topsoil, lawn dressing and mushroom compost across Gauteng, including all Johannesburg and Midrand suburbs, Centurion and Pretoria. Homeowners, landscapers, estates, sports fields and contractors order from us, and you are welcome to collect from the yard.

Everything we sell starts with our own weed-free compost, made to an exact recipe, so you know what you are getting, load after load.

WHAT WE SUPPLY IN GAUTENG:

DELIVERY, COLLECTION AND COMMON QUESTIONS:

Where do you deliver in Gauteng?
We deliver to all Johannesburg and Midrand suburbs, as well as Centurion and Pretoria.
How quickly can you deliver?
We offer timely and reliable delivery, depending on your area and the size of your order. Call the yard to book your delivery.
Can I collect from the yard?
Yes. Our yard on Summit Road, Knoppieslaagte, Centurion is open Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm and Saturday 7am to 1pm.
How much can I order?
Orders of any size, whether you need 5 m³ or 50 m³.
Do I need topsoil or lawn dressing?
Topsoil is for filling new beds, building up low areas and starting vegetable patches. Lawn dressing is for lumpy, tired or patchy lawns.
When should I dress my lawn in Gauteng?
Early spring, in September and October, as the grass comes out of winter dormancy, with an optional lighter application in March or April.
